How to join SSMT Kalyani
Admission to our diploma courses is offered once a calendar year, with the academic session beginning every August. Here is everything you need to apply.

Eligibility
Who can apply
- Passed 10+2 with Science from any recognised Board / CBSE / ICSE / Open Board, preferably with Physics, Chemistry and Biology.
- At least 17 years of age as on 1st July of the admission year. There is no upper age limit.
- English is the medium of instruction and examination for all subjects.
- Minimum 75% attendance in theory and practical/clinical postings is required to sit for examinations.
- All certificates are awarded by the University of Kalyani to successful candidates.

Collect the application form
The prescribed application form is obtainable from the College office on cash payment of ₹500.

Complete the form and attach the required documents listed below.

Confirm your seat
On selection, complete the admission formalities and fee payment to secure your place for the August session.
Documents required
- Mark sheet of Senior Secondary / Secondary as per the course eligibility
- Admit card / certificate of the secondary examination as age proof
- 4 copies of passport-size photographs
- Appointment letter from employer (if employed) / Identity card
- Aadhaar card / Voter card

Aprons and practical notebooks are to be purchased by each student at their own cost. Fees once paid (admission / tuition / examination or any other fee) are neither refundable nor transferable under any circumstances.
